Defender chronicles II

Defender Chronicles II is a tower defense strategy game with a character-based RPG element that allows you to take complete control of the players that defend the realm.  Five levels of difficulty on each campaign gives everyone fun playing. The basic game play is simple.  You select various points along your enemy’s route and build up defenses to guard against the opposing force.  There are several waves of attacks with each level.  You can pause each attack to play your strategy and even speed up the rate of the attack when you feel you have everything just right.  And as with most tower defense games, deciding where to place your archers, warriors, lizard men and more than 20 other troop types is just as important as deciding when to upgrade each troop after they are placed.  Each troop type in your campaign can be upgraded from level one to level five on the battle field.

Top 5 E3 games

Electronic Entertainment Expo or E3 is the biggest platform for upcoming video games. With the Nintendo Wii U being the main event of the E3 2012, a lot of attention is also being given to the hugely popular titles and their installments which are set to be showcased in the event. E3 will feature big titles from gaming giants Activision, EA, CapCom and Microsoft. Much awaited sequels from games like Resident Evil and Gears of War will be featured which is sure to draw a huge crowd at E3 2012. Every year the best video games of E3 are given the E3 award. Here is the list of the Top 5 Best E3 Games 2012.
1. Gears of War: Judgment.  What was thought to be the most fitting end for the Gears of War series in the GoW3 installment was soon forgotten when it was learned that Gears of War: Judgment was being released for Xbox 360 soon! This new game will most probably be a prequel to the first Gears of War game and will show us (finally!) how all the action started in E3 Games screening. We might not be able to play with Marcs this time around but there are plenty of characters as well as new set of special abilities unique to everyone.
2. Call of Duty: Black Ops II. This classic games in on No2 in our ranking. Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 is almost here after a two year gap from its hit preceder and is set to be screened with other E3 Games. Call of Duty: Black Ops II features the same gaming engine but a much more polished control and loads of new scenarios as this time around we witness warfare of the future instead of the past as was the case with previous games
3. Far Cry 3. Probably one of the best E3 games to be shown this year, Far Cry 3 mixes the FPS with a open world style which has given us amazing results as was the case with Far Cry 2. This time around, developers have promised us the in game content to be more than 10 times than Far Cry 2. Far Cry 3 shows the game’s protagonist being stuck on an unknown island full of baddies and cannibals. A totally new set of moves and attack tactics have been placed here as to make the experience even better and you can try it out at E3 Games!
4. Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. The grand daddy of all team based FPS E3 games, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive released for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and the PC in 2012. Counter-Strike: Global Offensive truly unleashes the power of online gaming as players from all over the world come together and play for domination! Counter-Strike: Global Offensive is among those E3 games which have made the event something to look forward to! Like always, you can choose between the good and bad side and go on the offense or defense according to your mission.
5.  Assassin’s Creed III. Assassin’s Creed 3 is one of the largest games that Ubisoft has ever made, ever since Assassin’s Creed 2 was completed the game has been under development. Powered by Ubisoft’s custom-built game engine Anvil Next Assassin’s Creed 3 is unique in that it’s able to create dynamic and living landscapes and then populate them with armies, townsfolk or wildlife on a scale that hasn’t yet been seen.

Dialbo 3
Have you ever played the Diablo game? Diablo III is a game which tells a dark and gothictale about demons and nightmares, no matter how small or how great, turned to reality, and it’s only up to you to overcome them. It also features elements of hack-and-slash, dungeon crawl genres
Diablo III’s story happens twenty years after the events that occured in Diablo II, when the Three Prime Evils, Diablo, the Lord of Terror, Mephisto, the Lord of Hatred, and Baal, the Lord of Destruction, had entered and wandered the world of Sanctuary, rampaging and shackling humanity into slavery.
As a player, either new or an experienced in the previous Diablo games, there are a lot of things to be expected from the game, both old and new features that will surely thrill you.
Diablo III will use a custom 3D engine, giving you an overhead view quite similar to Diablo II. It also has a destructible 3D environment, meaning you can hack off a barrel and interact with your environment. Be warned; your enemies will also use the environment against you, such as climbing up the side of a wall from the depths of the unknown.
Like Diablo II, all Multiplayer games use Blizzard’s Battle.netservice, and as a treat, most of the features available to Starcraft II is also available to Diablo III. Players can drop on and off through multiplayersessions for co-op play with other players.
To keep you thrilled, the game also offers an enhanced quest system and a more comprehensive random levels and encounter generators, to have countless different randomized possibilities everytime you play.
Also, the game features a class-based set of quests along the way, so depending on your chosen class, there is a quest that can only be completed by your character.
For those looking for a really thrilling yet potentially frustrating experience, Hardcore mode is also available in Diablo III, a character that, once it gets killed, will stay dead and become permanently unplayable.
This Diablo 3 chapter sees a new generation of heroes trying to save the world from the evil forces of the sanctuaries and also, players get to explore new areas of the sanctuary. Players encounter new characters as well as a number of characters from the previous diablo games.
Its one of the most awaited in gaming history since its announcement in 2001. The game is available on both Mac and Windows.

Future of cloud gaming

Some of the world’s greatest network and software engineers, has proved that cloud gaming is possible. Exact figures, as always, are hard to come by, but as of November 2011 OnLive apparently had “tens of millions” of users in the US and UK.
No one is ever going to claim that the OnLive experience is as good asglorious can’t-hear-yourself-think-over-the-GPU-fan desktop and console gaming, for many gamers it is good enough. For hardcore gamers, OnLive’s 150-250ms latency and 720p resolution is akin to gouging your eyes out, but for almost everyone else — i.e. most console gamers, and almost every social gamer — it is just fine. If you haven’t given cloud gaming a try, visit OnLive and sign up for a free trial; it still blows my mind that it takes just a split second to send your mouse movements to an Onlive data center, compute the next frame, render it, encode it, and send it back to you.
Bear in mind, too, that OnLive games are competitively priced — and because this is all cloud-based, you don’t have to download 15GB of data before you can play (a huge boon for casual gamers), and you can play OnLive (and access your game saves) from any internet-connected computer. If all that wasn’t enough, because OnLive is ultimately a software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider, it also has two more awesome offerings: For many games you can buy a 3- or 5-day pass for just a few dollars (which is often long enough to finish a game, if you’re a hardcore gamer); and for $10/month, you get unlimited access to some 200 games.
