Apple’s website says Samsung products not as cool as Apple’s 

Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) and Samsung tug of war continues and Apple on its UK website has displayed a link entitled “Samsung/Apple UK judgment”.

The judgment was passed by High Court of Justice in England and Wales on        9 July , 2012, that Samsung’s Galaxy Tab 10.1, Tab 8.9 and Tab 7.7 do not infringe on Apple’s design patent No. 0000181607-0001. 

The judgment was made by Judge Birss in which he ordered Apple to display the Judgment on its websites and also advertise in UK magazines and newspapers, telling people that Samsung did not copy the iPad. Although Apple strongly believes that Samsung has copied it, particularly iPad and iPhone.However, the Judgement states many remarks regarding Apple’s own design vs Samsung’s products like

the judge said that “ the iPad is an understated, smooth and simple product. It is a cool design.” 

And further a comparison is made by judge Colin Birss who remarked that

“the products by do not have the same understated and extreme simplicity which is possessed by the Apple design,” and he further added about the Samsung products that
